Seminole Heights is located in the heart of Tampa and due north of downtown and Ybor City, Tampa’s National Historic Landmark District. Seminole Heights is one of Tampa's older neighborhoods and was developed in the earlier part of the 20th century. Seminole Heights is officially bounded by the Hillsborough River, Martin Luther King Boulevard and 22nd Street. Seminole Heights has three subdivided neighborhoods all with very active civic associations. These are:
Old Seminole Heights Neighborhood Association
Southeast Seminole Heights Civic Association
South Seminole Heights Civic Association
