This is just a partial list of things you can do to increase the exterior appeal of your home. Do not overlook or underestimate the importance of the way your home appears from the street. This is usually the image that will stick in buyers' minds, whether they see it first on the web, on a postcard, or from the curb. This is the buyers' first impression. First impressions go a long way in the decision making process. Make your home standout, inside and out!
- Inspect the outside ground. Remove any building materials, scrap wood, discarded household items, etc. from the property. Store garbage cans in the garage.
