• Making sure sellers provide all legal documentation and disclosures.
• Referrals for competent home inspectors, mold inspectors and any other necessary inspectors and tradesman.
• Handling the many tasks involved from contract through closing of the transaction.

• Our fees are almost always paid by home sellers at closing, from the home sellers proceeds of the sale.
